1X Motorsports roll cages are aftermarket accessories designed with the intention of providing added protection in the event of an accident. However, by purchasing, installing, or using a 1X Motorsports cage, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

• No Guarantee of Safety: While our products are designed and built to high standards, 1X Motorsports is not responsible for any injuries or deaths associated with the use of our products. Use of these products is entirely at the risk of the user.
  
  
• Helmet Use is Required: In the state of California, helmets are legally required for all operators and passengers of Recreational Off-Highway Vehicles (ROVs), including UTVs, when operated on public lands (California Vehicle Code Section 27802). The helmet must meet approved safety standards. Failure to wear a helmet significantly increases the risk of serious injury or death.
  
  
• Accessory Installation Warning: It is not recommended to install any accessories (e.g., light bars, radios, fire extinguishers) directly onto the roll cage. In the event of a crash or rollover, such accessories may become projectiles or hazards that can cause serious harm to occupants.
  
  
• Do Not Drill Into Cage Tubing: Drilling holes into the cage tubing to hide wires or mount equipment is strongly discouraged. Doing so weakens the structural integrity of the cage and can lead to failure under impact.
  
  
• Professional Installation Required: Cages should be installed by a qualified professional. Improper installation can result in poor fitment, reduced strength, or complete failure of the product.
  
  
• Misuse Disclaimer: Cages are not intended for misuse, including but not limited to stunt driving, competitive racing, or any activity beyond standard recreational use. Misuse voids any limited support or warranty and increases the risk of serious harm.
  
  

Waiver and Release of Liability

I acknowledge that I have read and understand the above safety warnings and disclaimers. I voluntarily accept the risks associated with using this product and agree to the following:

• I assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries, or damages that may occur due to the installation or use of the 1X Motorsports cage.
  
  
• I release, waive, and hold harmless 1X Motorsports, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liability, or damages, including those resulting in injury or death
